Our Radical Resilience Team leads our Street Outreach work, meeting people in encampments, on sidewalks, and in parks to connect with unhoused neighbors. They offer immediate support and pathways to care, and through our daily Radical Resilience Dayhab program, provide meals, charging stations, community, and connections to case managers who help individuals access programs and Rapid Rehousing. By meeting people where they are, the team builds trust and helps guide neighbors toward stability.
